1. Hiking around Mahé trails

Mahé island has around 12 trails for hiking. The most popular are Mare au Cochons, Morne Seychellois and Copolia. Praslin has also a lot to offer when it comes to hiking and sightseeing. The paths feature a great view of natural beauty of Seychelles.

2. Sightseeing in Victoria

While in Mahé, you wouldn’t miss the opportunity to visit the capital, Victoria. The town has kept it from the British colony era, making it an open sky architecture museum! You can also visit the other galleries dedicated to the history or the Seychelles wildlife. If you love more nature, there is a botanical garden that is home to endemic orchid species, palm trees, giant turtles, and fruit eater bats.

The seashores of Seychelles are not only stunning, but they are also home to marine riches. Anse Royale and many other snorkelling spots made the archipelago a diving destination. You can also surf in Anse Intendance, thanks to the robust waves.

Ferry out from Denis, Bird or Desroches to reach the infamous deep-sea fishing spots in Seychelles. You need a license to do it so if you don’t have one, you can enjoy a cruise on a glass bottomed boat.
